Healthy Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Latte
Nothing says fall quite like the perennial favorite, pumpkin spice latte. This version is healthy, delicious, and sugar and dairy-free, so you can sip some seasonal goodness without any guilt. It’s made with pumpkin puree, fall spices, and coffee and almond milk, and it’s ready in just minutes!
Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
1 1/2 C coconut or almond milk
1 t pumpkin spice
1 t vanilla extract
2 or 3 T pumpkin puree
3 t to 1 T maple syrup or stevia or to taste
Choose one:1/4 C or one shot of expresso
3 t cereal coffee, non-caffeinated
Directions
Blend all the ingredients until smooth in a blender
Heat it up and serve!
