Immune Support Latte
Ingredients
1 ½ T herbal blend
3 C filtered water
1/4 t cinnamon
4 t Local honey
1 C coconut or almond milk
Directions
1. In a pot, boil 3 C of water.
2. Once boiling, add the herbal blend. Lower the heat to simmer for 15 mins and put a lid on the pot.
3. Let it cool for 2-3 mins.
4. Strain the herbs with a strainer. Use the back of a spoon to press on the herbs to help release more of the liquid. Discard the herbs. (Or even better compost them!)
5. In the same pot, add 1 C of nut milk, the ¼ t cinnamon and raw honey. Heat it up to your taste. (Or you can use a frother if you have one.)
Enjoy! :)
