Red, White and Blue Popsicles

Just in time for the Fourth of July, we’ve discovered a refreshing and festive summer treat. Cool down and enjoy this refreshing and colorful dessert from Capturing Joy with Kristen Duke. They only have 4 ingredients, so they’re quick and easy to make. The only hard part is waiting for them to freeze!

Ingredients

  • 2 pints raspberries

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt (or any flavor of your choice)

  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar or sweetener of your choice

Directions

  1. Puree raspberries with sweetener.

  2. Pour raspberry puree into popsicle molds.

  3. Layer yogurt in the popsicle molds.

  4. Mix blueberries with yogurt, then add them to the popsicle molds.

  5. Freeze until solid.

Serves 6
