Day 8: Letter

There is something to be said about writing a letter. We live in a fast paced technological world where sending an email or text is so easy. But there is nothing like receiving some good ole snail mail.
When we write, it takes deliberate time to slow down and think about what we want to write. It’s not this instantaneous reaction when we receive a text message to immediately respond. Not only are we creating health and mental benefits from this exercise but we are creating last memories. Did you every notice that we tend to keep cards or letters? It’s one of the most meaningful and inexpensive gifts we can give someone.

So, write a letter or card to someone you appreciate. It will not only make your day but brighten someone else’s to know that you are thinking of them!
