Dr. Becky and Dr. Joe Klein of Inspire Chiropractic hosted their first Chattanooga Mommy-to-be Brunch at Mean Mug Coffeehouse on February 19, 2017. Several expectant mothers gathered to eat, meet other soon-to-be mothers, and learn how to have a healthy pregnancy.
While enjoying a delicious catered brunch, attendees listened as Dr. Becky presented information on the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy.
Additional information was provided by other local care providers as well. Nicole Lasley of Dot To Dot Massage (www.dottodotmassage.com) explained the options and benefits of prenatal and pediatric massage.
Rachel Jiminez of Nurtured Birth Services (www.nurturedbirthservices.com) offered information on the role doulas play in a mother's birth experience by "mothering the mother" and supporting both the mother and her birth partner during labor.
And Stephanie Jones of Inner Roots Yoga (www.innerroots.org) emphasized the ways in which yoga can benefit pregnant women by cultivating an integrated wholeness which allows an expectant mother to discover harmony within herself.
Due to the popularity of this brunch, Inspire Chiropractic will sponsor a similar event in March. For more information, contact Dr. Becky at 423-834-7125 or info@inspirechiro.com.
Inspire Chiropractic specializes in helping families - especially pregnant moms and children - improve the function of their bodies so they can live a happy and healthy life! Both Drs.
